I’m April, and this is my contribution to the world wide web. I love drawing, writing, graphic design, web design, typography, etc. Basically, I just love creating beautiful things. The plan here is to share some of my work with you as free printable art, as well as tidbits here and there about life as a boy mom, pitbull owner, law enforcement wife, member of the LDS faith, homeschooling, and dealing with my Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Creating beautiful things brings me joy, and the purpose of Sunny in Reverie is to share that joy with you. My work may not be perfect, but it makes me happy and I hope that by making it available here as free printable art I can help spread some happiness throughout this crazy world.

To me, Sunny in Reverie is another way of saying “focus on the good.” In life there are always grey and gloomy days, but those are the days I get lost in my sunny reverie. When there is no sunshine, I’ll make my own to share with you.

I hope to post at least one new free printable every week.
I just started homeschooling my four year old, and I’m a big fan of my family so you should probably expect some homeschool and family posts from time to time.
Occasionally I get really girly and geek out over makeup, nails, hair, and clothes, so don’t be surprised if beauty and fashion make a few appearances.
I’m also a big fan of my Faith (I’m a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints), so you’ll probably see lots of LDS references.
I promise I won’t be offended if you leave me a comment or share my posts. It would actually make me really happy 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog. I hope you come back often!
